Returns

Need to return a product?



To return a product at Amstron, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by submitting an RMA request. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

Return policy



Amstron accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days from the purchase date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Amstron on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped by Amstron.

Returns within 30 days from purchase date can be for exchange, refund or credit at Amstron's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the products, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by Amstron. The return must be shipped by standard ground shipment or regular First Class Mail in order for shipping cost credit. We will not refund the extra shipping cost of express delivery. We will only refund shipping cost if the item is returned by First Class Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping. If items are returned by express delivery, refund will only cover up $10.00.

Amstron strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Amstron immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.


DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to Amstron within 30 days from the invoice date, at Amstron's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Amstron within 30 days from the invoice date, at Amstron's discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS After 30 days from your invoice date your purchase falls under a warranty replacement. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Amstron and for return shipping charges. The fee for return shipping charges will vary due to quantity and weight of items. The fee will normally be $5.00 to $8.00 for return shipping. The fee given is to be used as a general guideline only. The actual cost of the return shipping fee will be e-mailed to you along with your return authorization number.

BATTERY WARRANTY We offer a 1-year warranty on all of Value Line batteries and accessories. This warranty does not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse. Value line batteries and accessories can be return to our address. Other batteries should be returned to the original manufacturer. We will provide you with the information on how to return product to the manufacturer when a RMA is requested. We reserve the right to test any battery prior to issuing a new replacement or refund. Warranty is void if the warranty sticker has been removed or if any internal component has been altered or modified.


Clearance & Final Sales Returns



Due to the nature of clearance product, returns will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by Amstron at the address above within 14 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Before returning any defective item, you must submit an online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 5 business days. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.

In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. No partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
